Is that like a skirt? Maybe the pocket is where he keeps his pack of Kool's when he tosses of the house coat/bath robe thing.
Oh crap my dad wore those man skirt things alllll the time. I am glad he wore his underpants under them, and he did keep his Kool's and lighter in the pocket.
